LYR-SEM0195
a part of the standard library the lowering needs is missing
The lowering translates a construct through the standard library (for through std.iter, string + and f-strings through std.string, panic through std.core) and does not find that part on the module path.
Explanation
Some constructs are lowered into calls of the standard library, which the compiler references without an import. If the standard library the toolchain ships is incomplete or replaced, the lowering cannot translate them and refuses with this code.
Use the standard library that comes with the toolchain; reinstall the toolchain if its stdlib5 directory is damaged.
Example
$ lyric build
error[LYR-SEM0195]: iterating (std.iter is not on the module path)
