Conforms to Reader.

A Reader that decompresses a zlib stream: the two header bytes, the deflate blocks, the Adler-32 checked at the end. A header that names another method, a window beyond 32 KiB or a preset dictionary, and a checksum that does not match, are IoError { kind = .InvalidData }.
