interface Digest
pub interface Digest
A hash fed in pieces: update as often as there are pieces, then finish for the hash of all
of them. finish leaves the digest as it was, so it may be fed further and finished again.
finish returns a uint8[] of size bytes, since an interface cannot name a length that
differs per implementer. blockSize and new are what Hmac needs of the digest it is
generic over.
Methods
static fn new(): Self
Returns a digest that has been fed nothing.
mut fn update(bytes: Slice<uint8>): void
Feeds bytes to the digest.
fn finish(): uint8[]
Returns the hash of everything fed so far, size bytes, leaving the digest unchanged.
