Conforms to Reader.

A Reader with a buffer of its own: it reads its inner reader 8 KiB at a time, so that small reads do not each reach it. A read at least as large as the buffer, while the buffer is empty, goes to the inner reader directly. It throws what its inner reader may (Reader).
