Records where an error was thrown.

A catch clause's e.backtrace() returns one in the debug profile, which keeps the frames of every throw; the release profile keeps none. Shown, it is a panic's trace, at <function> (<file>:<line>), one line a frame, innermost first; the frames are named only when it is shown.
