struct Test

Marks a function as a test, which lyric test runs.
A test takes no parameters, returns void, is not private and may throw; each runs in a task
of its own. skip says why one is not run, timeout how many seconds it may take: one that
outlives them ends the run. The tests run one after another; parallel lets one run beside
the others that say so, after the rest. What tests share (the working directory, the
environment, a global var) parallel tests share as threads do.
